Ingredients

  • 450g brown sugar
  • 500ml vinegar
  • 1 cup mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and vinegar in a saucepan then bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in the mint.
  3. Serve over lamb.
