Mini Christmas Biscuit House
A fun and easy activity for the kids this Christmas.
Ingredients
- Black & Gold Nice Biscuits
- Black & Gold Scotch Finger Biscuits
- 2 cups Black & Gold Icing Sugar, sifted
- 1 egg white
- Your choice of lollies to decorate
- Black & Gold 100's & 1000's
Instructions
- Make the icing by whisking the icing sugar and egg white in a small bowl until well incorporated. Transfer to a piping bag until ready to use.
- To make the biscuit house, use 1 Scotch Finger Biscuit for the base, and 2 Nice Biscuits for the roof, creating a triangle.
- Pipe the icing on the length of the Nice Biscuit and stick them on to the Scotch Finger Biscuit.
- Decorate as you please with your own selection of lollies.
