Nachos baked beans

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Corn Chips
  • 1 Jar of Tomato Salsa
  • 1 300gm Can of Baked Beans
  • 2 Cups of Grated Cheese
  • (Optional) Sour Cream & Guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven to 175°C.
  2. Arrange corn chips on two oven-proof plates.
  3. Spoon salsa over the corn chips.
  4. Spoon baked beans over the corn chips, then cover generously with grated cheese.
  5. Place plates in the oven and cook for 10 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
  6. (Optional) Serve with Sour Cream and Guacamole.
